• Person Name: The name of the person you want to analyze (this is the subject of analysis, not your personal information)
• Test Responses: Your answers to personality assessment questions
• Psychologist Preference: Your choice of analysis tone/style
• Payment Information: Processed securely through Stripe (we don't store payment details)
• Email (Premium only): If you purchase Premium, we may store your email to send receipts and help you retrieve your report link

2.2 Automatically Collected Information

• Test Scores: Calculated personality trait scores (Narcissism, Machiavellianism, Psychopathy)
• Analysis Results: AI-generated personality analysis and reports
• Usage Data: Pages visited, time spent, features used

• Generate personality analysis reports
• Process payments for premium features
• Improve our service and user experience
• Provide customer support
• Ensure service security and prevent fraud

4. Data Storage and Security

4.1 Local Storage

We use your browser's localStorage to temporarily store:

• Test results and analysis data
• User preferences and settings
• Payment processing information

4.2 Data Retention

• Local Data: Stored in your browser until you clear it or close the browser
• Server Data (Free): Free analysis results are not permanently stored on our servers
• Server Data (Premium): If you purchase Premium, we temporarily store your premium report in Firebase for up to 7 days along with a hashed access token, download count, and (if provided) your email. This enables the magic link and limited PDF downloads. After 7 days, the report expires and becomes inaccessible.
• Payment Data: Processed by Stripe, subject to their privacy policy

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information. We may share data only in these limited circumstances:

• Service Providers: Stripe (payment processing), Google AI Studio (analysis generation), Google Firebase (secure temporary storage of premium reports)
• Legal Requirements: If required by law or to protect our rights
• Business Transfers: In case of company sale or merger (with notice)

6. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access: Request information about data we have about you
• Delete: Clear your browser data or request deletion
• Opt-out: Stop using our service at any time
• Contact: Reach us with privacy concerns

7. Children's Privacy

Our service is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

8. International Users

Our service uses Google Cloud infrastructure with servers in multiple locations:

• Database (Firestore): Helsinki, Finland (europe-north2)
• Cloud Functions: Iowa, United States (us-central1)
• Hosting & Storage: Global CDN distribution

If you're accessing from outside these regions, your information may be transferred to and processed in these locations. We use Google's secure infrastructure to ensure your data is protected regardless of location.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date.
